Picture
Rebecca Montanaro
Rebecca is a fixture in the Ottawa Arts community and an accomplished vocal coach who wears many hats. In addition to running her private vocal studio, Rebecca has taught Musical Theatre at Danceroots, served as an adjudicator for vocal competitions and has been a consistent and integral part of the annual musical at Steve MacLean. An accomplished musician (piano, french horn, and voice), Rebecca holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance and a deep desire to share her musical passions with "kids" of all ages.

Graydon Miles
Graydon has lived in the performing arts world his entire life, having played, sung, or acted on (small) stages throughout Canada. A teacher since 2001, he has directed or co-directed 21 shows at three schools. For the past 16 years, he has led the drama team at Steve MacLean where he has also taught English, Math, and, of course, Drama. The SMPS musicals have received glowing accolades at the Ottawa Carleton Drama Festival, have been awarded several OCDSB Arts Recognition Awards, and have graduated many students to Canterbury and other high school arts programs, as well as to the performing arts world beyond.

Graceson Montanaro
Graceson has grown up on the stage, mic in hand, spotlight overhead, and, after years as ADMIT performer, she returns to the other side of the curtain for this summer's productions of The Little Mermaid where she's sure to get the entire cast moving! A recent graduate of Canterbury's Drama program, Graceson has loads of experience and expertise in all areas of musical theatre production. In addition to her natural ability to connect with young performers, Graceson's creativity and energy have made her an invaluable member of our team and a favourite amongst the cast!

Kennedy Montanaro
An immensely talented and versatile performer, Kennedy has appeared at countless galas, events, and concerts across the city. Whether she's acting or singing, she is known as a consummate pro, and, as a graduate of the Dramatic Arts program at Canterbury High School, Kennedy looks back on a long list of credits that includes producing, directing, and starring in a wide array of productions, both dramatic and musical. A recent graduate of Queen's University where she still found time for theatre throughout her undergrad, Kennedy is excited to return to directing and designing for ADMIT.
