When is ADMIT?
The ADMIT Summer Production session runs for a full week. Choose which week works best for you.
Where is the program located?
After a year away, we are thrilled to be returning to the stage at South Carleton High School. This versatile venue allows us to learn and rehearse on the same stage that will host our Friday performance.
SCHS is located a quick 15 minutes from Barrhaven and Kanata, and 20-25 from Riverside South. Carpooling has previously proven to be both popular and effective for many families.
Do I need to have any musical or theatrical experience?
Nope! Just a desire to learn, to work hard, and (most importantly) to have fun! Whether you're a veteran of the stage who longs for the spotlight or a first-time actor looking for an introduction to musical theatre, you'll be given the opportunity to sing and act both in solo and group settings. Though we will encourage you to push yourself, you will never be expected to do anything outside of your comfort zone. Not every performer can play their dream role but, regardless of the part in which you are cast, you will be featured in various ways throughout the show.
What can we expect from ADMIT?
Each participant will be both challenged and showcased as we dive into the musical theatre experience from script to stage, from casting to curtain. Each rehearsal will focus on putting together the elements required to stage a successful production: Vocals, Acting, Choreography. While the week's focus will certainly be on preparing our production for a final performance, we will also set aside time each day for musical and theatrical exploration through various vocal exercises and diverse drama games.
What about the final performance?
This is the exciting part! Every ADMIT session culminates in a performance. The Friday performance is always a highlight as our performers are excited to show off what they've created to family and friends.

- July 14 - 18, 2025 - Ages 10+ (Perfect for young performers)
- July 21 - 25, 2025 - Ages 13+ (Perfect for high school students and other teens)
